Rhophi Analytics LLP, India (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides PDF Editor – Edit and Sign PDF for Android (the “Service”). The Service is a freemium app: some features are available free of charge, the app includes advertisements, and certain features require a paid subscription.
This Privacy Policy explains the collection, use, retention and disclosure of information when you use our Service.
Information Collection and Use
The information we collect is used to provide and improve the Service, support account functionality, enable file sharing, display advertisements and understand how the Service is used. We will not use or share your information except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Login account data: When you create or use a login account, we process the account information needed to provide that functionality.
Documents and file sharing: PDF editing, signing, conversion and compression take place on your device. When you use the Share File feature to generate a shareable link, the PDF is uploaded to our server so it can be made available through that link. This server upload is separate from on-device document processing.
Anyone you give the link to may be able to access the shared file. Share links only with people you intend to give access to, and consider whether the PDF contains personal or confidential information.
Usage and third-party data: The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device, and information about your use of the Service, according to their policies and the app’s configuration.
Permissions
The app uses network and internet access for online functionality, including file sharing, advertisements and analytics. It also uses storage access to read and save documents, subject to your device’s Android version and permission settings.
The permissions identified in the existing app are Access Network State, Internet, Write External Storage and Read External Storage. You can manage available permissions through your device settings. Restricting permissions may affect relevant features.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Google Play Services, AdMob and Firebase Analytics. These services support platform functionality, advertising and usage analytics. Their collection and handling of information are also governed by their respective privacy policies.
How Information May Be Disclosed
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
These providers may process information needed to perform their services. Their handling of information is subject to applicable law and the relevant service arrangements and privacy policies.
When you generate and distribute a shareable file link, the PDF is made available through that link as part of the sharing feature.
Subscriptions
The Service offers paid subscription plans for certain features. Information used to process a subscription or manage access to paid features is handled through the applicable purchase service and subscription functionality. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are provided separately in the purchase flow and applicable terms, rather than determined by this Privacy Policy.
Account Deletion and File Retention
You can initiate account deletion using the account-deletion option in the app’s Settings. Account deletion removes your login account data.
PDF file data stored on our server through the Share File feature is deleted on the 91st day following account deletion. It is not deleted immediately when the account is deleted.
This server-deletion process does not delete copies that recipients have already downloaded or saved outside the Service.

Security
We value your trust in providing us with your information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service may contain links to other sites. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us. We advise you to review their privacy policies. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of third-party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us through our support page to submit a request. We will assess requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
